Automated data collection

When you visit joans.se, we use Google Analytics to collect the following information about your visit;

• Which browser and version are you currently using
• what language you have configured in your browser
• if you came to us from another website (referral)
• the links you click on our website
• Your IP address and country of origin

We use the above information to;

• understand which browser
• features you use so we can improve your experience
• Evaluate which services you and other people are interested in

Contact Form

On our website, you have the option to submit your name and phone number via a contact form to express your interest in our services. The information will only be used to follow up with you and will then be deleted.

Company and personal data during ordering

For invoicing: When you order services or products from us, we collect company and personal data (company name, organization number, first and last name, billing address, phone number, and email address) in order to complete the order and invoice for the service or product.

For newsletter distribution: The email address we collect when you place an order is used to send you customer newsletters. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link found in each mailing, as well as by notifying us via email.

For domain registration: Our partner Ilait AB is an ICANN-accredited registrar and provides domain registration services to partners and end customers. The company and personal data (company name, organization number, first and last name, billing address, phone number, and email address) that we collect during domain registration are used to establish an agreement between you and Ilait AB and/or the domain's sub-registrar.

For use in our booking system: Parts of the company and personal data that you submit will be stored in our booking system (Customer Relationship Management) to facilitate contact with you and the employees at your company. This includes company name, first and last name, phone number, and email address.

Who we share your data with

In addition to what you could read in the section above, we will not share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep your data

We store company and personal data for as long as you are a customer with us. Data that you submit during domain registration is retained for as long as the domain is registered with our partner Ilait AB.

What rights you have over your data

If you are a customer of ours, you can request to see what company and personal data we have on you, including data you have submitted to us. You can also request that we delete all company and personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to save for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
